NOW LEASING FOR FALL 2015

100 George Bush – Across from Kyle

100 George Bush is a small community of buildings located at the corner of George Bush Drive and Wellborn Road (100 George Bush, College Station, Texas USA 77840). If they were any closer to campus, they would be on campus. They are locally owned and managed. The resident target is a mix of undergraduate students, graduate students, and young professionals.

Some highlights of the units include:

Across the street from Kyle Field, so you can go home between classes or meetings if you’d like.

Down the street from multiple eateries (McDonald’s, Subway, Coco Loco, C&J’s BBQ, and Layne’s).

2 miles or less from a lot of shopping – Kohl’s, World Market, Jason’s Deli, Double Dave’s Pizza, Target, HEB (nice grocery store), Starbucks, and more.

Onsite laundry facility.

We pay water.

We include Wireless Internet access at no cost. (available February 2013)

Parking is conveniently close to your door.

No low lying water-logged sidewalks to walk through when we get showers.

No need to pay for on-campus parking (or parking tickets).

We typically only have annual (12 month – August to July) leases available. But sometimes have December – August or other shorter term leases available. Please check our  FAQs  for more information.

Thank you for visiting.
